Germany's highest-rated star Vincent Keymer is in top shape at the moment, leading the Chennai Grandmasters with 5½ out of 7 points, with a performance that allowed him to enter the top 10 in the live world rankings.

In our Game of the Week, Keymer adds 1.e4 to his repertoire, based on super deep and sharp preparation. It looks like this took Karthikeyan Murali by surprise, allowing Keymer to produce a nice attacking game.
